1. All orders are subject to a post and packaging charge of £3.95 (U.K.& N.I.) For Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands, Eire & the rest of Europe please contact us for a shipping price.
2. Strictly payment with order in sterling, cheques, Postal Orders, Credit/Debit Card are accepted.
3. All despatch dates are approx, however, all orders will be despatched within the correct planting period.
4. We reserve the right to substitute any variety with one of similar or better colour and quality. In the event of any of our crops failing we will try to confirm with yourselves a suitable substitute prior to any despatch.
5. Orders will only be acknowledged if specifically requested or an S.A.E. is enclosed, unless ordered on-line.
6. Any damage or poor condition MUST BE REPORTED UPON RECEIPT, we cannot be held responsible for any bulbs’ or plants’ aftercare.
7. Debit/credit cards will be debited in full at time of placing order. Card handling is conducted via a secure server using the trusted and respected WORLDPAY system. You will NOT be charged any card handling fees.
8. All orders carry a replacement or money back guarantee for damage or poor condition, provided this has been reported to ourselves upon receipt.
9. Prices remain firm until End Nov 2010.
10. We reserve the right to add any bank charges incurred with respect to any invalid cheques issues to ourselves.
11. Any item is available for collection during it’s despatch period, however this is by prior arrangement only.
12. Tender plants are despatched from April, unless otherwise stated on the Order Form.
13. Additional postage charges apply to other than U.K. & Northern Ireland (please also see No. 1 above).
14. We cannot guarantee flowering, as this depends on horticultural conditions, but unless stated all bulbs and plants despatched by ourselves are of flowering size, true to name and, we believe, good healthy stock.
DESPATCH: How your order is despatched is determined by its weight. The lighter orders will be sent by post and delivered by your postman. Larger and heavier orders are despatched by courier. As many of our customers are out at work during the daytime, our courier is happy to leave any parcel without a signature, but this is providing there is a safe place to leave it. Please complete the space on the Order Form stating where any parcels can be left (i.e. in porch, by back door, at no. 27 etc.) This will ensure a prompt delivery and avoid the possibility of parcels being returned to the depot and delay over a weekend period. Unfortunately, our courier has added additional charges for Scottish Highlands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man & Northern Ireland. Where possible we will split an order to these areas to avoid a courier delivery.
DISCOUNT: Discounts may be available on larger quantities than those stated in the catalogue, please contact us for a quotation. Trade enquiries are also welcome.
NOTES TO REMEMBER: ALL OUR BULBS ARE FROM NURSERY GROWN, NATURALISED, CULTIVATED STOCK AND NOT FROM THE WILD. Preferred delivery dates are not available on any bulb order. However, we are happy to avoid holiday dates etc. Delivery for all plants will be as available, unless a preferred delivery period is marked on the Order Form. Post and Packaging is payable on all orders, this is per order and not per item.
Unless stated all our plants are grown in Jiffy pots or Fertile plugs. All bulbs are freshly lifted. All bulbs and plants are despatched boxed with full cultural Instructions.
